The merchant must place an order on the Mamu courier website with all the information and exact weight for the product delivery.
The merchant will arrange the packaging of all types of products.
The merchant has to keep the product ready before the collector arrives to pick up the product.
If the merchant selects the wrong weight, the Mamu courier authority has the power to fix the appropriate weight and determine the appropriate bill charge.
Mamu courier Authority will not be responsible if the product is damaged due to defective packaging.
Mamu courier will collect the prescribed amount of the delivered product and the customer will pay the merchant within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
The promised date may change due to public holidays or unavoidable reasons.
Mamu courier through Merchant can only deliver legitimate products. No destructive or illegal products can be delivered.
If the customer does not accept the product for any reason, if the customer is not available, the product will be returned to the merchant. In that case the merchant will be obliged to accept the return product.
Once the customer opens the packaging, Mamu courier will no longer accept the product for return.
In case of fragile product, additional charge of Tk. 30 will be applicable.
Mamu courier has the power to change and extend the contract in any situation.
In case of service of Mamu courier, the following delivery charge and COD charge of 1.% will be applicable (minimum Rs. 10).
